Didn't the ingame rewards show left of the claim button, opossed to left above the claim button?

    Yes, it changed recently.

    Before they could only send one item per message, now they can send multiple items, I guess this changed at the same time.

    There's been a way to send multiple rewards for a long time.
    For shuttle events, we often get multiple faction tokens.

    Looking at my mailbox, the changes were made about November last year. That's when we went from one item per post, to several on occasion.
