I can t block / mute anyone on my iOS devices. On amazon Fire HD all works fine(same account). Did u broke something with the latest update?
Full error message is „authExpired“.

My Friends list is empty as well and i can t add anyone as friend.

Okay a restart fixed it sorry. Didn t tried it first, since we had a similar issue a couple months/years ago where a restart didn t work. My bad... 😳🤗
