I guess that since they didn't go with the cartoony face of Q after he got punched in the stomach, they didn't want to have the above-pictured Sisko expression, instead choosing one comparable to Pugilist Q's, though it doesn't look like Sisko ever adopted such a serene pose with both arms raised (he just takes punches to the face until he blocks one, then punches Q) as the artwork indicates. I like how he looks even if he didn't look like that in the episode.
Very minor: does he say "I Am Not Picard" or "I'm Not Picard"? I always had the contraction in my head such that it looks weird separated, though it must be due to my faulty memory/hearing.

This version of Phlox was seen in “Regeneration” (Star Trek:Enterprise season 2, episode 23), in which the Enterprise crew encounters cyborgs that would later be known as the Borgs.

I remember TV Guide getting an insane amount of mail trying to correct them for them having "The Borg is Back" on the cover. English is a fickle little mongrel beast. It is the linguistic equivalent of the Borg. It just **tsk tsk** in everything and makes it work.
*"Is come" is grammatically correct.
* Has a word that has two nearly identical meanings, an object and a concept, that are the same singular, but have different plurals depending on the meaning.
