There's a node (going North) "Scan Borg"
SCI target 1121.
Locked by Prodigy and Android.

What crew do you use to clear that one? (ie crit it)
I've been searching for longest time, and can't seem to get anyone with a big enough score to clear it ..
So far my closest has been Reinforcement Stamets .. but his max roll is still off by a couple hundred.

    Try Julianna Tainor, if you have her.

    I think for 4*, Data Q would work. Many of mine are frozen and it was so long ago. I would try one of the Wesley cards or Icheb. I think those are prodigy. I assume you looked into the Data cards. There are several with science, but none (except Data Q) of mine are unfrozen who have even close to the science requirement.

    Edit. There are several 5* prodigy crew, but perhaps you have Lt. Commander Airiam? She would make it, though perhaps not every time.

    load your crew into the DNA checklist, and take a look on the mission tab to see if you have anyone that can clear it then.

    I have my own spreadsheet i've been using to track my crew .. if it's anything like that ..

    I'm pretty certain I don't have crew that can do it .. mostly wondering which crew CAN do it ... so I can hunt for them .. :)

    (FIgured I'd like mine, however, in case anyone spotted something I missed)

    I wonder if Detective Data was what I used? It is a huge target ... Soji or Dahj might nowadays ... didn't have them when I 'did' it

    IIRC .. i used B-4 or Cadet Wesley on that one .. took a few runs tho to get it ..

    Can The Professor pull it off ?

    I just got him up to level 100 .. but he's just 1/5 *
    but I do have the citations to take to 5/5 ..

    looking at the wiki though .. might be tight ..

    avg 1142

    My personal bonuses (starbase + collections):
    +14% core SCI
    +12% min/max SCI.

    I'm thinking with those boosts, he can pull it off ?

    From my rough math on the node:
    need 1121 to pass
    roughly: 1457 to crit.
    but he's got prodigy: so he should gain a +135 (ish)
    (or if we reduce the target):
    1323 to crit

    ??
    Is it worth 4 citations to pull that sucker off? :) (I do have 8 in my inventory .. :) )

    he seems my best bet to clear it up.

    I do have:

    4*s: maxed:

    Reinforcement Stamets
    Formal Dress Wesley Crusher
    and just pulled
    Cadet Wesley Crusher

    but the numbers i'm seeing from them all fall a bit shy .. maxed, with my bonuses :(

    Well .. disabling the bonusses on my dna-sheet presents me with an all 5* roster

    And with collection and starbase i get the " extended" roster...

    .. That is with almost maxxed bonus ...

    So still your best bet in purples is B-4, Cader Wesley & Data-Q
    At any rate ... it is a very hard node to crack and you do need to get really lucky ..

    ok thanks everyone ..

    Didn't want to waste time on long shot RNG ... I've never had luck with that.
    Crunched the numbers again, the Professor looked like my best bet, so I took him up to 5/5 ... and he critted the node pretty easy :)
    First time in.
