Hi TP,
While looking @my roster I saw that my first 1.0 (crew out with the game or near) crew is 28 (locutus) and then second is 56(RAF Miles O'brien).
So above the old crew continuous pile up of new characters.
So far so good but I think you should re-evaluate old crew numbers so some of them can compete with newly additions.
