New twist to incessant Kindle bouncing

I was bounced out of SIX of my ten arena rounds. It took my tickets, gave me nothing, and count neither towards my Arena total nor my space battles. This left me unable to finish my daily tasks, so I am shorted the rewards for finishing all daily tasks, the Arena task, and am a tier behind on my campaign now.
To make more fun, the keyboard is acting up and I can't even send a support ticket.

    I am sorry that you are continuing to experience these issues. As I said I hope that our next client will offer better performance for you.

    When you are unable to send out a ticket via the game, you still have the option to go to our Support Portal.

    The Support Portal is hard to read with that font color, didn't let me add pictures, reset the dropdown menus to empty when I tried to add pictures, and flashed up "Access Denied" both times I tried to send my completed ticket. The Support Portal is not an option.

    I reinstalled it and finished Arena for the day. Is this what I've come to? Having to reinstall every ten days? If this game was a partner, I'd have already sent them packing.
