Could we have something to spend our Replicator Rations on?

I've been playing for several years now. I don't think I've used my replicator rations in over a year. I have so many extra training, ship schematics, and inventory items that I use them instead. In addition I am constantly creating Replicator Rations to keep under the 32767 limit on other items.

I would be nice to have something to buy with these replicator rations, even if the items were quite expensive.

A few things that I would like to replicate:

A fifth shuttle
Any of the robots in the game
Maybe even Data or his variants

It would be nice to be able to save replicator rations in hopes of replicating something. Today I am not exactly sure why I bother creating additional replicator rations.

How about a purrsonal "starbase" build that would give the player an extra replicator use a day when maxing out? And the way to feed that build would be any kind of replicator ration?
