Unsure if WRG has any capability to switch providers on the AWS end, but numerous people are having issues connecting to STT servers. Users are getting stuck on "Communicating with Starfleet"
the only workaround atm is switching to another network, either via VPN, or switching from local ISP's to mobile networks.
I realize this is one of those issues likely out of your control, but wanted to raise awareness.
