Resolved: Couldn’t open game on iOS before event but could after

Was working fine yesterday but today the app will not go past the loading page. It just stays on the “communicating with starfleet” page. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it but it is still doing it.

    @Banjo1012 reported the same issue on iOS and has no other platform to use the app. He also can't get on the forum himself.

    It is working now for me on iOS after the event started. Since I had uninstalled and reinstalled I had to go through the tutorial then login to my existing game.
