Do shuttle missions that have not completed by the end of the event count for anything? I don't believe they do, but one of my squad is asking and I'm not completely sure I am right.
They don't count for VP, but you still get the normal faction items and reputation boost. Additionally, you can still use shared crew and get the stat boosts.
But they will not help in any way toward the event.
There's one exception: in Hybrid events where the Factions are the first half, you will get VP for missions that complete during the beginning of the second half.
