Missing $9.99 Event Crew Offer?

I wasn't sure if I missed it in a thread somewhere, but I do not see the full three tiers of event crew offerings. I do see the $99.99 and two $24.99 offers, but no $9.99 offers. Was there a change made recently (and I missed it)? I very well may have been oblivious to an announcement. :D

    Soup. they changed how packs work now. in phase 1 both purples are at higher price then in phase 2 they both get offered at lower price
    been that way for several events now

    Honestly, I haven’t purchased anything like that in awhile, so never really gave it much thought. Just happened to notice it this event.

    i also do not pay attention about these eventpacks,last time i did was for the warship ema...
    so it is like Capt. Caz Turnip RWO said and i have a nice little bug,right?
