What's up with the Arena?

Has anyone noticed a change in arena status at the Admiral level? I usually sit pretty solidly around 4000 in ranking and all of a sudden I'm ranked around 500-600?

I havent changed anything in how I play so I cant attribute anything on my end to the drastic ranking change? Wondered if anyone else had seen a significant change?

    I hang around 8000, but was almost to 6000 briefly. Players that haven't played recently might have dropped out and opened up the board a bit.

    The ship reward is not as desirable this month. Maybe that is it.

    I have noticed the competition fades as the month goes on as better players get the schematics they need and quit trying. I need schematics, so I keep playing. Sometimes I reach the 80 a day range by the end of the month.

    Things are backwards for me. I usually hover in the top 2,000 or so. I have been slipping to around 5,000 with no real changes to my gameplay.
