December Mega Speculation
in The Bridge
Now that we know that next week is the rerun, we know the week following is the first week of the mega with Booker and Grudge as the first legendary card of the Mega. For me, this points to another discovery mega. If they do this, all the new cards will either be from season one or season 2 or will be like Booker and come from the sneak peek photos of season three. I doubt they will go into season three deeply with the show still going on and alot of people who haven't seen it yet. Another potential if it's a trait mega instead of show mega is ... Casual? Saboteur? potentially? If it's a disco mega, my money is on braids Burnham for the mega reoccurring as she is the front runner on all the disco season three ads.

And I could go for a Flag Day Burnham. I could also go for Admiral Dr. Fate (AKA: Admiral Vance).
and stats wise. It‘s been ages since we had a great Mega(the TOS Mega?).
And i am all in for another Disco Mega, as long as it‘s focused on the main crew and not on „5 min screen time (google me)“ characters.
I'm also 100% behind that "trait" being "with a pet."
Starport
That would make an interesting mega. It would also give a reward to all those who spent money for pet cards. I have a few, but didn't go to the pack casino for them.
Unless they just do half a faction in week one and no more after that, again. Then I suppose it doesn't much matter.

How about Nexus Christmas Tree Picard?

Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately) there isn't a real depth of crew with that trait (only about 13 cards). There are some other traits it could be (romantic, inspiring, and desperate are possibles) but we have already had one of those traits for a mega (desperate). Guess we'll find out this week for sure!
It's going to be another Mirror Mega. I'm so here for this!
Though I think I would have preferred Flag Day Burnham. But whatever. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Isn't that a spoiler for some of the things we may see in season 3 during the next episodes?
It's not a spoiler for anything that's been shown so far. Although it could explain something, so I'm really hoping it's something made up for the game.
Mom and I might binge watch the series after my sister leaves for work tomorrow night.
I can't connect with the series for some odd reason. Every other series **tsk tsk** <(draws [really? Can I admit to sucking my thumb? Can I **tsk tsk** a lemon drop?]) me in and I'm waiting for the next episode. I've been like that since I found Star Trek during the last season of NG, when I was ten. Lower Decks, Picard, Short Treks....All were watched within an hour of going online. I haven't even finished season one of Disco and I own both seasons on DVD. Every time I think about watching it, I watch something else. Another Trek, another show, anything but Disco. I actually like and enjoy what I've seen. The characters work. The ideas are interesting. I can drop it squarely where and when it fits in the continuum. I just can't quite invest like I did with the others. Not sure why.
You could try to skip season one. I loved it, but a lot of people didn't and with the new showrunners in season 2 it became very different.
Did you get to the two plot twists? If you're only missing the last two episodes, I think you can safely skip them. I remember them being rushed plotwise and slow in pace, generally underwhelming for a season ending. They're about the only episodes in season 1 that I didn't like.
The Emperor knows what she's talking about. Though there is a scene in the second to last episode that actually made planting things look really, REALLY cool. Not necessarily worth watching the episode, but it does have it's high points.
And some more encouragement: I'm rewatching Season Two right now and I can't wait till I get to "If Memory Serves." I will not give anything away about it, but I will say it's now one of my favorite episodes of Trek. It's what I always wanted Enterprise to be but almost never ones.
Enterprise is a favorite. I know which Enterprise crew I need and have far too well. Still hoping for several characters from it- Cutler, Hayes, Cole, Koss, T'Les, Rajin, Duras the Elder (and the Younger for that matter), Paul Mayweather, Ahlen, Paxton (Mega reoccurring please- the knowledge of the Federation existing has to make him nuts!),...
Plus, we need the rest of the EV suited crew, Impulse T'Pol, Shipwrecked Trip and Reed, Mountain Climber Archer and Hernandez,... lots of opportunities there.
