Incorrect text in the $10 offer

The $10 offer for 3x1 claims that each 1x guarantees a 4* limited crew. The main text on the pack makes no claim like that.

Either the pack has been changed to guarantee this in which case the main pack text should indicate the change, or the offer text should be fixed to eliminate the bad information.

There are a few mistakes in the wording. Seem to remember they made similar mistakes before, enough for me to be immediately suspicious.

“Each 1x pack contains all beholds” - ‘all’ and ‘beholds’ (plural) - we should expect more than one behold (not the case).

Each 1x pack “Guarantees at least one super-rare limited time crew”. Again not the case - they aren’t all time limited.

The LTO does BOLD “LIMITED TIME CREW”, though. I think that is a clear case for CS ticket for anyone who bought the offer and got a portal behold.

The 1x is a single behold/Begold that MIGHT include crew from the ET pool, but most likely will not.

Can I just say that a 1x pack of all beholds is terribly misleading writing?

1x suggests singular, but a pack of one makes no sense, and all beholds suggests more than one.

I read this multiple times and thought the offer was for three packs, each containing ten beholds because in every other area of this game, "packs" are sets of ten. What is written in this offer is akin to "a pack of wolf".

If you need help editing future offers, I'd be glad to pitch in. I'm a professor who grades papers for a living, and this would not have received a passing grade in my class.

Thankfully, a friend bought this first and alerted me to my misunderstanding, so I didn't waste time or money on this offer. He has since requested a refund. Why waste your time dealing with tons of tickets? Just describe future offers clearly in the first place.
