New crew: General Oh

This week's Tuesday pack features General Oh. She has some interesting traits and a familiar ship ability, packaged with the ever popular skill combo of CMD/DIP/SEC.
The ship ability is interesting because she performs like Killy, but the announcement states that her evasion penalty is one point softer than Killy's -3 penalty and she is 2s slower to initialize.
Personally, I would buy Killy in that $10 offer before tearing into 650 packs. Bit to those Oh fans out there, you can pick up a good skirmish crew before the skirmish begins, if you are so inclined (and a little lucky).

Killy, Rura Penthe Commendant, and Garth are all 6 second initialization. Oh is 8. That extra 2 seconds takes her from skirmish crew superstar to backup skirmish crew if you're missing one of the 6 second stars.
She negotiated her withdrawal and not being blown out of orbit by temp-Captain Riker. That counts!
Agreed. The $10 Killy offer seems like a better deal than shoveling dilithium on the pack pull fire.
It really makes General Oh an easy pass if you possess any of those three characters already. Although, I will admit, I am tempted at a 5* Romulan...
Killy and Garth are both +8 Attack, but Killy is also -3 Evasion.
Ignoring their passive stats, I think that ranks them as:
1. Garth of Izar
2. Captain Killy
3. Fury Kes/Rura Penthe Commandant
And let us not forget Rura Penthe Kirk with his +500 immediate damage at 6 seconds. He's definitely held back by his cloak trigger, but if you're flying the T'Ong or the Valdore, he's a good choice.

Fully fused, Rura Penthe Commandant, Fury Kes, and Killy are all +10 Attack, while Garth is only +8. Garth does have longer duration (8s vs 6s).

Some napkin math says killing with 8 second crew instead of 6 second crew should save you 13-15 minutes over the course of a skirmish weekend if you're ranking top 1,000 or a bit higher with 3x speed-up. How much that time save is worth compared to, say, a better voyager is up to the individual.
Also picked up Ticked Off Kes from a Premium Ten Pull in time to Skirmish........
Kes is a vastly underrated card, IMO. Her Voyage score is middle of the road, but she has an uncommon skillset and, on top of her top tier ship ability, she also has the #1 SEC proficiency in the game, just edging out Gary Seven and Away Team Burnham.
She's not the best at anything really, but she's up there at the top for several key aspects of the game in a way that you don't usually see in one card.
