cannot log in

Hi, any advice please. I cannot log into the game on any browser nor on the windows app. I have another account which I can log into. The windows app won't let me change to the other account so I can't use that. Any ideas gratefully received.

Without more information it is unfortunately hard to help.
I would suggest to contact support and provide them as much details as you can, such as providing screenshots of any errors you encounter when trying to log in.

Details about each account as well, how you usually log in etc.
That will be useful in understanding what is happening.
