Fleet Leader Board not being updated?

Hi all, noticed the Fleet Leader Board (http://ssr.izausomecreations.com/fleader.html) is not updating. Did it move or has it gone inactive?

That would take development time, and it is clear they are not putting any development time into this cash cow.
