Thank you for the feedback provided regarding the Community Rewards for the Convergence Day Event that ended on Monday, January 4.
While our goal is to make Community Rewards somewhat challenging, we also want them to be achievable.
The requirements for these Community Rewards were indeed set too high and as a result could not be achieved. Upon examination it was identified that the data we used to set these requirements up was incorrect. Going forward this should no longer happen, please accept our apologies for this mishap.
To rectify the situation we’re sending you via mail 1x Convergence Day Quark.
In the Time Portal you will also find a free special Convergence Day pack, claimable twice, and granting 1x 10-pack Convergence Day event pack.
