Cultural Kirk??

Why does no variant of Kirk have the "Cultural Figure" trait? Isn't he one of the most famous captains in Starfleet? Archer has a cultural figure variant, so do Picard and Sisko, but not Kirk??

He's certainly a cultural figure in our universe :-)

I don't know about Picard for Cultural Figure, but Sisko is the Emissary. He is a cultural figure even when he doesn't want it.

I can see Picard being a cultural figure because he commanded the Federation Flagship for over a decade & has had all manner of reasons for him to become known, not only to Federation citizens but citizens of other worlds. But why no KIRK???
