We are aware of an issue with the Premium Rewards pack not awarding anything.
We're are investigating and in the meantime that specific pack has been removed from the Time Portal.

    The issue has been resolved, and the Premium Rewards Pack is once again available in the Time Portal.

    We're working on a solution for players having purchased the pack while it was not working as intended.

    Players affected by the issue have been contacted by in-game mail and will see Premium Rewards packs claimable in the Time Portal.
