Unable to play existing game on new device

I play Timelines on my iPad and have since added the game to my iPhone so I can play at work during breaks. But although I have a log in through my iPad, when I use that log in on the iPhone it does not recognize it and the game continues as if I am starting a new game. How can I get my iPad game to load onto my iPhone so I can continue where I’m at on both devices?

I remember that you have to play the game long enough to get access to the menu. I forget what point that is. But once you get to the menu, you can go into settings and use the Change Account button to enter the e-mail associated with your main account. If that doesn't work, let us know.

The menu icon appears immediately but it can be easy to miss if you go a bit too fast at the beginning of the game

If you miss it, you will indeed have to go through the whole tutorial and reach level 4, at that point you will be able to access Menu etc.
