Conclusion
For most players, 60 will be quite a stretch ... that's 9 5*s at least. For those of us who have been around long enough, we've been able to nab 4 through mega-events.
The best here would be to go for the crew that hit multiple collections ... Gorkon, some Worfs, L'Rell, etc.
80 is like the top tier of the Diplomat collection ... out of reach for mere mortals. It boggles my mind just thinking about the number of citations required.
Nice bonuses, and I got a third star on Bajoran Dukat from the premium 10x pull.

There have been some „complains“ lately about recent collections,
that max tier were too easy to accomplish. Well that‘s what we get for. 😆
I was one of those people and I prefer it this way. I'm at 63 immortalized Klingons, the next step is gonna take forever, but that's better than having a collection with three easily achieved tiers that are immediately done. With the Klingon collection there's something to work for.
And we all know there will be new Klingons coming right? And I doubt all will be Legendaries. Hitting tier 80 is not completely out of reach for many of us.
Mirror Garak will come up when you search Klingon, but is not in the collection.
Would be nice if Blood Oath Jadzia was included in that too!

Which is very odd, considering Mirror Kira is. Klingon Dukat is included as well, for some odd reason. I would think a Cardassian working with Klingons would make more sense than one killing them.
I've been tilting at that windmill for years. Literally.......

Mirror Intendant Kira is considered Klingon, but Mirror Garak is not ??
Mirror Garak is the only KCA who is not considered Klingon.
But, the only KCA in that group you can question as being Klingon is Mirror Intendant Kira.
Either both or neither should be Klingon.
I have 49 immo, the 50th would only lack some equipment but there is no hurry. Overall I have 63 Klingons, so a looong way to go.
