"regular" Siranna not in portal?

There are two Super Rare variants of Siranna, there is plain simple Siranna added to the game in February 2019, and there is Priestess Siranna added November 2019.

I realized today that I've never had regular Siranna drop from the portal. I also went through the previous portal update announcements and she is not listed in any of the updates despite being an old enough card.

Can you confirm that "regular" Siranna is not in the portal and if that's the case, please add her?

I also learned from TemporalAgent7 that Siranna does not have the "is craftable" tagging in the code which is further evidence that she's not in the portal. I believe there was an oversight as based on her age, 2 years now since her release, she should have been added to the portal and should be craftable with the forthcoming crew retrieval feature. Thanks in advance for any attention you can provide to this issue.
