Captain's Log: After failing so many 90-95% shuttle missions this weekend, it is clear that some intense training and unannounced drills will be needed this week. I have been far too lax with this crew, resting on their reputations and past successes, but that will change this week!
Captain's Log Supplemental: After further investigations revealed Admiral Picard led many of the failed shuttle missions, I received orders from Starfleet Command to place the Admiral in the cooler, posthaste. The order was signed by a Commodore Oh.
