Mara's Level 83 Item - Maquis Command Uniform - Siriusly?

Mara is a 3* Klingon (TOS-style) character. How on Qo'noS could she have a Maquis Command Uniform in her last 8 items (Level 83)? The Maquis existed in the TNG/DS9/VOY era! Also, it's a common item (1* rarity) and very easy to build. I think this must be a bug. I don't complain usually about easy items in late phases of a character, but I never expected having to farm for Maquis faction items when leveling up a TOS Klingon ...
