Is this intentional, or another instance in a long line of WRG ineptitude? (In this case, WRG seemingly not even knowing the current type of event going on)

    Could be either. Might be an extra chance for spenders to get some faction resources. Could also be a mistake of running the wrong deal. My guess is that if it's a mistake, it's not a high priority to fix. They'll just pocket a few extra bucks from faction enthusiasts who want to go for rank soon.

    Probably a mistake. But honestly, since we've got a faction hybrid next week and a full faction the week after it's probably not a bad idea to stock up on resources early so you know where you stand. If you're normally inclined to buy these packs that is, which I'm not.

    And there is the Adira achievement that may have taken some shuttle boosts ahead of the back to back hybrid faction and faction event.
    Plus, we don't know what is up with MACO Mayweather. They said he would be easily gotten. More temporary achievements? I wouldn't complain. I usually get them just doing daily tasks. I finished the ones for Adira just after midnight this morning.

    Are they don't things a little different in general? I thought Event Packs ended Tuesday, when Tuesday Packs went live? Or am I just rememorying wrong?

    @DScottHewitt Event packs run 7 days- midday Wednesday to midday Wednesday. I think it gives people another couple days to decide if they want to try for a star on someone.
