Max starbase seeking active players or a merge with a small to med. fleet to get last ism tier

We are a max starbase with a good amount of active players. Looking for a few more players who can do their dailies so that we can all get the final ism tier. Happy to take single players who do their dailies or a group of players who do so that we can all succeed.

I'm L73, and used to spend money a few years back, then lost interest for a while, but now have come back to the game, and have been back nearly a year
