The old forum had a sticky for suggesting crew traits, I haven't seen anyone make a new one for this so far, so I'll start one (and to the mods please sticky).
The devs actually did a really good job updating the traits recently, but there are still some that are missing, I'll suggest a few here.
Civilian - Bartender Guinan, Vedek Bareil
Clone - Thomas Riker

Cloning is the name of a specific medical technique, and Thomas Riker is not a clone. He's just a transporter duplicate.
