I have figured out why our mails are getting returned.

In typical STT fashion they have made a mistake on the Google play page!! They are listed as
STTsupport@tiTLingpoint.com
And I was copy and pasting that.
STTsupport@tiltingpoint.com
Seems to have worked.

Oh my god. The irony is a gift that keeps giving!

This has been fixed by the relevant team earlier today.
The email address for support is shown as correct on my end.
