Constellations coming to Premium Pulls or visual glitch?

Are constellations supposed to drop from premium packs (or has there been any comment on this coming eventually)? I opened up one today... 1st slot was the behold. 2nd slot was a 3 star crew but right before the crew appeared the icon was the constellation icon rather than the usual treasure chest icon. The rest of the slots were the chest.

It's a glitch/visual bug. If you do receive a Constellation, you will be banned for seven days, and all Legendaries will be removed from your Crew Quarters and Cryo Vault....

At first impression, I’m going to guess it’s a visual bug similar to how gold/purple borders can appear before the actual not-gold/purple item shows.

But... interesting. I guess we’ll see if it’s real or not after the rest of the rollout happens.
