Federations of Fleets
The idea is that a large fleet , say 30 or more crew , can form a federation with up to 5 smaller fleets , say 5 or less crew . These federations can then have their full dailies added together towards the 40 target to help the smaller fleets , and in some cases the larger fleets as well . There would also be a federation chat in the chat section so the fleets can chat and offer help and advice if needed . The individual fleets would still be free to carry on doing there own thing and would no longer need to disband and join bigger fleets just for the ISM .
