Polestars should be tradeable to fleetmates, or at the very least squadmates. One of the benefits to joining a fleet or squad is help in getting resources and getting better. If fleetmates (squadmates) could trade poleatars and immortalize their crew, they'd be able to do better in events and ultimately build a stronger fleet.
Also, Quantum should be available in event rewards. It doesn't have to be a lot, maybe a small amount at the 50k, 100k, 250k, and 400k thresholds. Just a little extra to help bridge the time to your next crew retrieval. This would also have the effect of increasing event participation.
