Monthly Quantum card

Imho 90 Dil per day for extra Quantum is a bit steep. Around the price point of Dil from the monthly card I would buy it, but I do not want to spend 90% of my monthly card on Quantum alone.

So how about an additional monthly card priced around 3 to 4 $ granting the first daily Quantum recharge?
