[Resolved] “Raise Your Crew” offer not giving dilithium

I just bought the “raise your crew” offer for $4.99. It’s supposed to give you 4 10x premium packs and 490 dilithium. I got the packs, but didn’t get any dilithium at all, not even the bonus dilithium I’m supposed to get for buying the offers based on my VIP level. So heads up that it might be broken. I’ve already contacted support about my missing dilithium too.

The dilithium mines are dry? The Burn happened and all dilithium exploded?

This is the same with the "Bolster Crew" offer - no dilithium showed up with this as well. I submitted a CS ticket.

One of my fleet mates experienced this, but when I bought the big one, I got the dil as expected...

Same here. Submitted a ticket. I imagine it will be addressed soon enough.

From the details I have at this time we're looking at the backend to see why the Dilithium is not awarded, as the offer contains it.

It may be platform based? I got the dil when purchased from an iPad.

+ VIP Bonus dilithium.

Nope, mine was from an iPad also & no dils. just a random bug.

I bought raise your crew three times. I went to buy it the fourth and realized I couldn’t. I’m on iOS and I got my dilithium.

Ps. My pesky purchase bug didn’t happen this time. I’m hoping that’s fixed.

Not everyone would have encountered the issue but it could have affected any platform.

There was an in game message saying they took them down for now because of the dilithium issue. I assume they'll be back up once they've fixed it.

Yes - it was taken care of late last night (for me).

Absolutely understand. Knowing whether to expect hours or days though ... that goes a long way towards letting me know how patient I need to be
