I hate "Universe Chat". Is there ANY way to set the Fleet chat to default?

I'm tired of clicking on the communications button and seeing whatever nonsense Universe Chat is on about. Is there any way to set Fleet as the default option so I don't have to see their random rantings anymore?

What? You mean you don't like going into to UC to talk to the ones who have done everything, been everywhere, seen everything, read or written everything AND done or been everywhere you have been and done it twice and better than you? I learn SO much from these learned people that have the world at their feet and yet spend 21 hours a day in UC trying to convince everyone how great they are. What a wonderful place it is!
