Nurse Crusher artwork released shame the name is missing 19th

Who is proof reading the last months worth of releases and game glitches?
Waiting to have Nurse Crushers artwork approved ok, shame it wasn't worth the wait but which Century is she supposed to be from? Surely adding 19th to her title would make more sense?

Umm... I can’t tell if you’re being serious or satirical.
Yes, the name should change. The artwork is a bigger concern. Someone in my fleet said that they gave Crusher jowls, which was accurate but also quite unfair to the actress who played the role.
I agree Duck Dodgers it is. 😊😉
Can I get a source for a historical era known simply as "Century" taking place contemporaneously with Reconstruction/Gilded Age/Progressive Era? I cannot seem to find one.
I think you hit on a possibility, but could be to wordy. "Industrial Age Crusher"
Not quite. They say the Industrial Age was over about 1840. I guess it would have to be the next one. Whatever that is??
Wiki shows Machine Age. So "Machine age Crusher"
Would there be royalty problems with naming her Time's Arrow Crusher??
This issue just gets more and more interesting.
I admit, I am firmly in the camp of "this is an obvious typo and/or clear mistake on the part of the TP." As currently written, the name is essentially meaningless. I've never seen the word "Century" used alone to describe a specific time period before (and I am American, who many moons ago, foolishly majored in history back in college, for whatever that is worth (answer: not much)).
The only thing I can think of that is similar is the term "the American Century" which is sometimes used to describe the time period since the mid-20th century, but that isn't accurately applied to this character. Nonetheless, the above quote has two likes, so that makes at least three people (the writer and the two "likes") who believe that is the correct usage. As was asked earlier, can any of the proponents of this usage provide links to examples, etc.? I am legitimately interested.
Additionally, even if the above usage is correct, this version of Dr. Crusher is not from the Napoleonic era, as the Napoleonic era is generally considered to be from roughly Napoleon's rise to power in 1799 to his defeat in 1815 and the episode "Time's Arrow" takes place in 1893 (about 80 years off). Granted the term "old west" is very nebulous, so who knows.
At the end of the day, I think "19th Century", or just "Nurse", or even "Victorian" would be a more appropriate name for this version of Dr. Crusher.
You are correct in everything historical in what you say. "Century" (which I too, as an American, and who has also studied this, have never heard this time period referred to like that) or "American Century" is more often applied to the 20th Century USA, not to the 19th. But even then, it's applied as a literary flourish more than any serious historical time period.
If the character were to be named after any time period, the correct one, both given the time period of the episode, and who is IN the episode, it would be Gilded Age. And I say that because that's the name that Mark Twain gave this time period of American history and it's generally stuck in historical circles.
I think he is serious. TP KNOWS they made a mistake here but are too stubborn to admit it or fix it. Sound familiar?
Get it now? Hello, TP? McFly? McFly?

It's certainly not the game's biggest problem, for sure. It's just sloppy work.
Agreed, it is not the most efficient work, and there are certainly other issues where I wish TP/WRG would focus their attention.
Well they aren’t focusing their attention on this one

Is it, in fact, going to impact on the game in any material way whatsoever? No.
Is it yet another example of WRG's sloppy work and lack of attention to detail and/or quality control? Yes.
Is it worrying that if WRG can't get something simple like this right, there's little chance of anything more complicated working right in the future? Yes, absolutely.
