Steam Purchases.

Not sure if it's Steam or TP, but seems like for over a month now i have not been able to purchase anything in game if I'm using Steam. I get the "hailing Starfleet" with the swirling circle but uit just stays there. If I mant to purchase anything I have to log in using my phone.
