Today was my FIFTH in row try to pull new offered 5* gold char from new 650dil packs in Time Portal. Sord, Socrates, Ruffy, Polar Janeway, and Tactical Stamets today. Spend near 25k dil, again. Dozens packs in row. FIVE TIMES for last half-year. NEVER EVER new character. Thats looking VERY BADLY, as lie and cheating for me as vip14 player. I will talk with google store, and back my payments. Or WRG must do something

If you have that much dilithium may I recommend the 6500 pack. 33% chance of getting Stamets and the amount of dilithium you spent could have gotten you 4 pulls.

4 pulls for... what. For new Stamets? or any new characters? i dint think so.... I try some time ago. Only old 5* chars.

5 different packs in different time, in row. 40+ 10*packs in row each time. more than 200 "random chance". And no any luck? Lol. This is good for gauntlet, ok. If server can, server win. But for packs by dil/money, thats not.
And. If i pull "usual" premium packs, i have much more gold cards, always. But for "offer new character" - not. Only 4* "random" with very very very rare 5*. No gold completely, as usual.

no more money for WRG "random" packs from me. Thats looks like not "casino" more, but street fraud.

so. i receive answer from support.
I was naive. And trust WRG as Disruptor earlier. This is my fault. Im sorry.
No any new offered gold "carrot" (not any gold, but new one - only this one we all want really, sure)
in 200+ 10* 650dil packs - normal situation.

So.. logical. Maybe Ben is Q. And WRG are cosplay Continium. idk.

Ok. Request solved. No problem. And no more my money for "random" 650 dil offers.

btw. i repeat. no problem with random 490dil or usual premium packs random. Drop rate looks like real random drop. But 650dil packs with NEW gold card.

Thanks. But no, thanks. Random not working honestly (for me, personally) for 650 new gold char packs. I was naive. Ok. But i am not so stupid for buy 10 times more expensive packs after this story and support answer.
