The name of this new character is Honey Bare Dax.
All other variants are Jadzia or Jadzia Dax.
I submit that this character should be renamed Honey Bare Jadzia. Even her equipment items are named this way (Honey Bare Jadzia's Lab Coat, Honey Bare Jadzia's Clipboard).

    I think the appendix should vanish. The character was named Honey Bare. That's it.

    Otherwise they need to rename many others character (Anastasia Komananov, Dr. Hippocrates Noah). The only one that actually needs an appendix is "Falcon O'Brien" ... simply because the original Falcon also appeared in that episode.

    The problem with this is that their janky search doesn’t find her if you don’t put her name in there.

    Yes... DB's consistency, or lack thereof, somehow always astonishes me. At least the artwork looks a bit better than Blood Oath Jadzia... that rendition looks horrendous.

    I would rename her to "Honeybear Jadzia" because honeybear sounds cuter ... wanna cuddle her! :(

    That could be solved with a searchable, non display tag that lists a character's base variant. So the name doesn't have to change, but Ana shows up in a search for Kira, Will Scarlett for Worf, etc.

    This will likely be fixed soon as the correct name should indeed be Honey Bare Jadzia.
