Admiral Kirk’s 2* “Admiral’s Uniform” is totally messed up. It is ridiculous. It requires:

2x 3* Starfleet Command Uniform
2x 3* Starfleet Uniform Pattern
1x 3* Admiral Pips

There is no way this is right for a 2* item.

    Yeah, but he needs it starting at level 20, and I’m sure all the higher star versions will need them too!
