Shuttles don’t work at the start of the shuttle event?

I got stocked trying open new shuttle mission

Had to restart the game, now it’s stucked on this

Internet connection otherwise good, so it must be some issue with the game server

    No issue on our end, and I do not see other reports.
    I do not doubt that your internet connection is good, but that does not mean much on a long distance scale. I hope things will stabilize for you.

    When you try/start the event right on point, there‘s usually some huge lag lately.
    If you try to log in right at event start it probably affects the log in speed as well.

    The lag Usually only goes for the first minute or so.

    EDIT Just realized ur post was from 25 mins into event, so what i just posted is unrelated to ur issue. Sorry.

    Ok, now it’s unstucked, so no issues atm
