So Carl has the "Tkon" trait...that doesn't quite add up.
Both Portals? Or, just the mistake for the week?
We've been having a long discussion on this. There is nothing in canon to suggest Carl is Tkon. Other than holding up a newspaper that mentions the Tkon, there is no direct connection. Portal 63 is a "guardian" but not the same "guardian" as the Guardian of Forever/Carl.
Can anyone explain why Carl has the "engineered" trait?

I think the Tkon trait works. He has some similarities to Portal 63 and I believe disco writers were implying he was Tkon with that newspaper headline.
And with that, it's time for me to take a break. The game hasn't been nearly as exciting for me of late, and yesterday I was excited to get a 4* Dilemma on my Voyage at 6 hours...only to be rewarded with replicator rations.
I'll probably still hang out on the forums from time to time, and if something is interesting enough might even start playing again. Thanks everyone for making the last fiveish years extra entertaining!
