I think half the membership must be online at once. It's taking at least 20 seconds of that rotating Hailing Starfleet clock to perform any action.

This is painfully slow. How is this still a problem? DB needs to know how to handle game load.

Can't get in to game right now. I get this when I load.

I lost my voyage already from the lag.

I got all excited when I was finally able to get into the voyages screen because it gave me a chest icon with a collect option, like it did the last time this happened to everybody with severe lag. But collect didn't give me any rewards.

To the back of the ticket line I go again I guess.

Yeah there's some serious demand on. I'm going in late to the event due to waiting for a shuttle, but damn, having fun just trying to spin dabo, lol

Folks on the Bridge were reporting big amounts of lag (seeing it too) and Shan said they were looking at it. Might be related.

It is working now. Past 35 minutes of trying I was getting an error message on the load up screen shown above by @CMDR Bald Eagle
