Faction bonus or not?

The announcement for The Isthmian Games (rerun) - 2021-05-27 says there will be a faction winner bonus.

However, when you view the Event Rules in game, there is no mention of a faction winner bonus.

    There was one, it was indicated as the the event was announced.
    I will however bring up that it was missing from rules.

    Thank you! I asked because last time we had this same scenario (in the announcement, not in the rules), the answer was that there was no bonus.
