So he can't perform one of the supply missions for this week's event. Seems like an oversight?

    Well, he can perform it, but without the bonus, I mean.

    The Tailor trait was actually purposefully removed a few months ago... they took it off several crew, and adjusted a mission node...

    So there's been a mix-up, and as a result Tailor Garak is not a tailor but EV Suit Garak is.
