Interesting. I wasn't aware that an arena battle could time out without either ship being destroyed. I was just in one where both myself and the AI battled to a standstill. Our limited use attacks had been exhausted and the remaining integrated ship attack wasn't enough to overcome periodic shield/hull regeneration. The hull bars were barely moving, if it hadn't timed out with the ships still flying I think it would've still been going tomorrow. lol.gif I'm assuming from the results screen that I only won because my hull was in a bit better condition.

    Interesting. I always assumed you'd just lose automatically if time ran out.

    I've never had a timeout, even though I've had a couple of really long battles. But I have experienced that "Rank Up!" thing even when I've lost, on quite a number of occasions. Thought it was rather curious.


    Could you please continue the petty bickering? I find it most intriguing.
