THE UNITED FEDERATION OF PRAGMATISTS ("UFP") has up to two rare openings for active players!
We're a casual and at the same time competitive fleet. Several of us us end up in the top 1K in event rankings, several of us in the top 20K, and we even have some who just don't really play one or another of them. We usually place among the top 40 Fleets though, and definitely have fun along the way. And at the end of each event, one of our captains gives a summary highlighting fleet and individual accomplishments.
We are quite active on Discord. Here we discuss gameplay tips; organize squads; give behold, citation, and retrieval advice; and discuss a variety of Star Trek and Timelines topics. For the players who like to shuffle squads for faction events, either to take the lead or support those who do, we have a dedicated channel on our Discord server for just that purpose. We have among our captains an illustrious mod of the main Discord server, an old man who isn't grumpy unless you get on his lawn (and has first-hand experience with The Ban!), two captains who were first to max, a few chatty folks, the aforementioned event summarizer (and DataCore coder!), players from around the world, some newbies (or recently newbies) and if I forgot anybody, it's because they got on my lawn.
What do we ask you to bring? Well, for one, we don't care if you're VIP 0 or VIP 14. What we care is that you do your dailies so we can all enjoy an extra 200 ISM and regular replication rations. And while we'd love it if you join us on Discord, we'd at least like you to have an account and respond to any mentions or DMs in a timely fashion.
Anyway, if all this of interest to you, please PM your in-game name, what you're looking for in a fleet, and what you'll bring to one, and we'll go from there.
We look forward to hearing from you!
