Item (possibly more) missing from inventory

I went to finish the Zahl Ambassador and his 5* outfit wasn't there. After all this time, it goes missing now?! The keyboard isn't appearing, so I can't search my inventory or send a ticket. I suspect this is not a one off occurrence. I think it has happened before. There has been times I roll a crew over, see the gold outfit slot not lit, think "I should have that", don't see it in my inventory, think I might have used it on an earlier tier, and go on. I know I had the outfit for the Zahl. I know I have not used it. I never toss stuff or use it in the replicator. Where is it? What else is missing? How much have I used in resources building stuff I should have had?

Did you ever went over 1000 items and it got discarded without knowing?

As Peets said, it might be due to your inventory going over 1000 and items getting deleted.
It is something we want to improve but in the meantime, it is best to always keep your inventory below 1000.

I stay right around 1000, but it was in there last week and had been there since his event. One of the perks of the survivalist mega was an excuse to finish him and use it up. I treat my inventory like a half ton truck with a ton of canaries- keep them moving. The handful of overflow generally gets used or in when something else does in a few days at most. The closest I've come to losing anything was 21 hrs to go the week I had corona.

It happened again with Karyn Archer's annoyingly pink blouse. Made a thread. Filing a ticket. Not sure what will come of it, but the thing is acting up. Posted picks of my current 5* items as insurance for the next time. Watch your stuff, guys.
