FF behold dropping Quantum?

Thinking about Beholds giving only fully fused crew, I just had the idea of what would be if in such a case, you would get some amount of Quantum (maybe plus other retrieval "fuels", or randomly one of the "fuels") for that, say, a third of half of the Quantum that the given quality of card would require? That way, it would still award something that is highly valuable to get crew you want, just like Beholds usually should, and it's less of a "yay! but oh, **tsk tsk**" moment to get one of those..
