Well just 3 days ago, a violinist in an episode of TNG died. I know it takes a while to get new characters into the game, so this pack has probably been in the works for a while, but it's an interesting timing.

Think they mentioned it before, that there can t be a special birthday pack for every star trek actor every time.
We just recently had Picard Day offers/packs and celebrations with
a new free 5* Picard.
They don't do birthdays every year. Usually the "milestone" birthdays. {x5/x0}
